Peltpack NV, a specialist in industrial packaging, invests in a compact folding gluing machine from KOLBUS-Autobox.
 
Peltpack NV is a Belgian packaging specialist specialized in all kinds of industrial packaging made of corrugated cardboard for the Benelux. The driving force behind Peltpack is Jacky Cardinaels. He started the company Peltpack in 2005 as an agency of Palm Packaging for the Benelux. But due to the enormous expansion in recent years and the need among customers for short delivery times, shorter runs and model development, Jacky Cardinaels invested in its own machine site to meet this demand.
 
In 2019, Peltpack invested in a KOLBUS AUTOBOX AB300 box making machine and PRO-GLUER PG10 gluing machine to be able to quickly deliver customized packaging in small runs. This investment soon brought in much more work and in order to maintain this exponential growth, Peltpack invested in a ROTARY-SLITTER RS100 and a MULTI-NOVA MN400 carton gluing machine in 2021. 

Nicolaas DeSchryver comments; “The MULTI-NOVA MN400 is such a compact machine. It is very quick to set up meaning you can put run lengths as small as a few hundred through it up to thousands. It is extremely flexible in terms of difficult panel size combinations and Fefco styles. Equipped with 3 intelligent glue heads, the MN400 can produce straightline, 2 point tray work and 3 point crashlock bases using 1, 2 or even 3 operators depending on requirement”.
 
To further increase the productivity of the KOLBUS AUTOBOX AB300, Jacky Cardinaels decided in January 2022 to expand this box making machine with a KOLBUS TABLE-FEEDER TF300.
 
In addition to supplying industrial boxes and cartons throughout the Benelux, Peltpack's objective is also to quickly provide local companies with industrial packaging materials. Large orders are delivered directly to the customer from one of Palm Packaging's factories. Small and tailor-made orders are produced by Peltpack itself and delivered quickly.
