OGMA AB has been manufacturing corrugated boxes in Ronneby since 1984 and today has five employees. Their business concept is to produce customised packaging with fast deliveries.
Since the turn of the year, their new Kolbus AUTOBOX AB300HD (HD Version) with Auto set male and female creasing investment has been in place. The machine makes all their required jobs from creased jumbo pads to dividers and regular slotted boxes in a huge combination of internal dimensions without the use of tooling.
Fredrik Berg, Owner of OGMA says: "We produce small batches with many different jobs per day. Our customers demand very fast deliveries and always the exact quantity. The new machine is a big boost and gives us a much faster start up and higher output. In addition, the precision is fantastic! We run anything from 2 to 7 mm thickness and it takes us less than a minute to adjust the machine to a new format."
I have worked in sheet plants for over 30 years and bought a lot of machines. I am amazed with the quality of boxes our new AUTOBOX makes. The registration is excellent especially when producing jumbo boxes with high board grades. We also think the flexo print is extremely good quality.
